The Pumpkin Trail at Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway runs until Sunday 1st November. It is in Cleethorpes, about 20 miles from Louth, and suits all ages.
Pick up a trail sheet before you board. Pumpkins are hidden along the railway and you spot them from the train. Complete the trail to earn a ghoulish goodie bag.
The trail costs £2 per entry, on top of your train ticket. There is no need to book: add the trail when you arrive. The railway's timetable shows the running times, and on Sunday 1st November trains run every 40 minutes from 10.40am until 4.20pm. Check the timetable or ring 01472 604657 for Friday and Saturday.
The station has the Sidings Snack Shack and the Signal Box Inn, which the railway calls the smallest pub on the planet. The railway's Hallowscream Express runs after dark on Friday and Saturday.
