The Hallowscream Express is an after-dark Halloween train trip at Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway, on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October, at 5pm. It is in Cleethorpes, about 20 miles from Louth.
The experience lasts about 30 minutes and includes a live storyteller, a night-time railway journey, encounters with characters and Halloween surprises. Each child gets a Halloween gift bag when the train returns to the station. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged.
Please note: the railway says it is spooky rather than terrifying, but it takes place after dark and has live characters, eerie sounds and sudden appearances. Some children may find it scary, and it advises parental discretion.
