That’s exactly why pre-ordering exists. The bakery’s click and collect menu is open for pre-orders right now, and it takes about two minutes to sort.
- Order by Thursday evening,
- choose your collection date,
- pick a time that roughly suits you (they’re relaxed about late arrivals), and
- pay when you collect.
A couple of things worth knowing before you order.
The online menu carries a selection of their bakes, but not everything they make.
Some things are only available when you walk in, so there’s always a reason to browse the counter even if you’ve already got an order waiting. And once Thursday evening comes around, they can’t put bakes aside for you, so if you want something specific, the pre-order is your best bet.
Worth saying too: you don’t need to pre-order at all.
The counter and fridge are well stocked at weekends. But if there’s something you really don’t want to miss, getting it sorted online first takes the guesswork out of it.
