ARK Wildlife Park is on West Fen Lane, Stickney, between Spilsby and Boston. It's an independent rescue refuge for exotic animals that is also open to the public, like a family zoo with indoor and outdoor play areas.
The Animals
The park has more species of wild cat than anywhere else in Lincolnshire, Lemur Lake with its rescued ring-tailed lemurs, groups of rhesus and Barbary macaques, a family of Arctic foxes, and a nocturnal house for kinkajous.
Jurassic Ark
Jurassic Ark is the park's dinosaur land, with life-size models and roaring animatronics. Children can collect stamps for a dino prize.
Visiting
The park is open all year except January, with seasonal opening times on its website. Tickets can be booked online or paid for on arrival.
