Now they’re getting ready for something much bigger.
The bistro has announced it’s moving to new premises at Elizabeth Court. The current Eastgate location closes at 4pm on Saturday 17th May, exactly three years after first opening, with the new site expected to welcome customers from 9am on Tuesday May 19th.
And there’s one line in their announcement that’s going to make quite a few people in Louth very happy indeed.
“All day breakfast.”
Apparently customers have been asking for it since about five minutes after they first opened. So, no, they haven’t forgotten.
