Lenton Bakery at Grainthorpe Mill turns out some seriously good bakes at the weekend, and these banana choc chip muffins are a fine example.
Each one is packed with chocolate chips, topped with smooth chocolate frosting, drizzled in Biscoff caramel, and finished with crunchy white chocolate rice crisp balls.
They’re only available Saturday and Sunday, 10:30am to 2:30pm, and they go quickly.
Worth the trip out to Grainthorpe if you’re looking for something a bit special.
