SO Festival returns to the Lincolnshire coast this weekend with three days of free outdoor arts across Skegness and Mablethorpe. The annual international street arts festival brings performers from France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Italy together with local Lincolnshire talent for a programme of performances, workshops and family activities.
This year’s festival includes aerial circus workshops for all abilities, the Audio Tales self-guided trail created by 60 local writers and musicians, and the Urban Sports Zone at XSite Skatepark in Skegness for young people aged 7 to 16. The giant SO Festival deckchair is back too.
Most events are free. Some workshops have limited spaces and need to be booked in advance.
