Life can get heavy sometimes. Work pressures, family worries, money stress, or just that nagging feeling that something isn’t quite right – it all adds up. And for a lot of men, the instinct is to push it down and carry on. But you don’t have to do that alone.
Andy’s Man Club Louth meets every Monday evening (excluding bank holidays) at Elizabeth Court on Church Street in Louth, giving men a safe, welcoming space to talk openly.
No judgement, no agenda, just honest conversation.
It’s completely free to attend, and you don’t need to book, register, or have any particular reason to show up. Whether you’re going through something difficult right now, or you’ve been carrying something quietly for years, the door is open.
What to expect
Andy’s Man Club isn’t a therapy session or a formal support group. It’s simply men talking to men. You’ll find a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you can share as much or as little as you like.

Why it matters at Andy’s Man Club
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. That’s a sobering fact – but Andy’s Man Club exists to change it, one conversation at a time. By breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health, they’re helping men across the country realise that talking isn’t a weakness. It’s one of the bravest things you can do.
